This wine is not made, it happens.
Born in Córdoba and through the technique of the «solera» generates, through the process of the «velo en flor», this dense wine with citrus and almond notes, considered an oenological miracle.
“Fábula” was born as a tribute to the spanish Golden Age, a time when culture flourished. This lot is directly inspired by Góngora, a literary figure of the time and a native of Cordoba; specifically by the “Fable of Polyphemus and Galatea”, a tragic love story, as intense as this wine.
